A patient, considered approach to mountain real estate.
Eleanor Vance founded Vance & Co. in 2008 after a decade in private wealth advisory in New York. She moved to Aspen for a season and never left — drawn to the architecture, the topography, and the kind of client relationships that span generations.
Today she represents a small, intentional roster of buyers and sellers across the Roaring Fork Valley. Her practice spans legacy ranches, ski-in residences, restored Victorians, and architectural commissions by Bohlin Cywinski Jackson, CCY, and Studio B.
Eleanor is known for the quietness of her work: most of her transactions never reach open-market signage, and many of her clients return for the second, third, and fourth chapters of their lives.
"I don't sell houses. I introduce people to places where the next decade of their life can unfold."
